UC Davis professor of brewing science Charlie Bamforth recently starred in a short documentary called The Art and Science of Beer”, which won a viewer’s choice Taste Award in Hollywood. Joseph Bustos spoke with professor Bamforth, as well as director of the video Mike Checkowski to get their take on the production process and receiving the award. Aired 2/10.
