Rudyard Kipling will take center stage on today's edition of Lettuce Listen. He was one of the most respected writers of the late 19th/early 20th century and specialized in writing children's books. One of Mr. Kiplings most well known books for children (and adults as well) is his 1902 collection of origin stories entitled "Just So Stories For Little Children". As time allows, I hope to read "How the Whale Got His Throat", "How the Camel Got His Hump", "How the Rhinocerous Got His Skin", "Elephant's Child" and "The Sing - Song of Old Man Kangaroo"...
