I headed up through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana between August 7th and August 18th. On August 8th, I passed just south of the Sawtooth Mountain Range In Idaho. Along the way, I ducked into a local bookshop and narrowed in on a book enttiled "Sawtooth Tales" written by Dick d'Easum and first published in 1977 by the Caxton Printers in Caldwell, ID. I'll be reading several tales out of this book including (but not limited to) "The Benner Mystery", Fritcman's Mule Trip", Humboldt Joe", Samson", Lizzie King" and more (as time allows of course)!
