This morning, I'll be reading some storys out of a book entitled "Twice Told Tales" written by well known New England writer, Nathanial Hawthorne, The book is comprised of a number of short stories. These tales originally appeared in two volumes.  The first volume was published in 1837 and the second in 1842. This explains the name of the book. As time allows, I hope to read "The Maypole of Merry Mount", "David Swan", "Fancy's Show  Box", "The Shaker Bridal", Dr. Heidegger's Experiment" and "The Sister Years".
