I'll inflate my weekly top ten list to a top 50 listing of the wealthiest people in the world. The listing comes from Forbes World's Billionaires List of 2024. We'll then veer in the opposite direciton as the etymology of "panhandling" enters the picture. The rather unpleasant subject of harrassment will then enter the picture. Specifically the connection between harrassment of those who work in the field of science. In the May, 2018 edition of National Geographic, Kathryn Clancy has written on article on the subject entitled "Rid the Sciences of Harrassers". X Minus One was a popular old time radio show that ran between 1955 and 1958. The episode "Protection" aired on March 20th, 1957 will be played - it revolves around a college student majoring in physics at (fictional or non fictional) Columbia University. Next - I'll read an entry from the road journal I kept during my recent escape along the backroads of Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. The entry is dated August 13th and covers the "leg" between Greybull, WY and Townsend, MT.
