This morning, I plan on reading some short stories from a book titled "Contemporary Fiction, 50 Short Stories since 1970.". it was published in 1999 and edited by Lex Williford and Michael Martone. Indeed, they are rather short stories. This certainly does not make these tales any less interesting than long (or in between) stories...I rarely read ficitonal stories as I prefer non fictional subject matter. However, I decided to turn the corner and share some fictional stories with the KDVS listening audience. After all, variety is the spice of life!
