It's February!  It's Heart Health Awareness Month, so we'll be discussing ways that you can keep your heart ticking happily for a long time.  Many of these suggestions are actually "fun," and you'll actually want to do them! 

It’s also Black History Month, and I’ll discuss ways that each of us can commemorate this occasion, in addition to highlighting black authors, leaders, and local community organizations.

In addition, tomorrow is Groundhog Day, so I'll be talking about the legendary resident from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, and how accurate (or not) he has been over the years.  Of course, I'll also be running down the list of local community events in the next week...whether or not Phil sees his shadow, we'll be sure to get your weekend off on the right side!
