Today we celebrate the birthday of the absolute best of the British blues musicians - Peter Green. There were a TON of fine musicians from that time and place, but Greeny had an intensity and joy that topped 'em all. After a long hard road through mental illness, Greeny is back on the music scene and making great music - and this last week, he celebrated his 72nd birthday. Cheers, Greeny!
