Bookmarked

Thomas and Kenzo

Hey all,

This is our last episode of Bookmarked for the forseeable future and we are going out with a bang. We will be covering some of the very special holiday presents that we are all going to be recieving very soon, namely the FCC's impending decision this Thusday the 14th that could strip away the protections that allow for the current state of net neutrality. This is probably the most imporant thing we have talked about ever on Bookmarked and it's worth the listen. If you feel compelled and want to offer your voice to the barrage of public comments flooding congress and the FCC please visit battleforthenet.com where you can learn more about the issue and draft comments or make calls.

The next big, depressing gift we chat about is the looming Disney-Fox merger thats stands to create basically a mega-monopology in the film production industry. Get excited for Avengers vs. X-Men, coming soon to a theatre near you (and then Disney's new steaming platform). You'll just have to listen to the show for our thoughts on the matter...

Lastly we end on a brighter note JAKE PAUL! We talk about his unabashed commands (in the form of a new christmas rap in the usual Team 10 syle) that all his teen followers force their parents to buy his merch this holiday season. We ask the very imporant question, why doesn't Mr. Paul make himself useful and rap about net neutrality to stir up some protest among his millions of subscribers?!? We know he doesn't have much to say about the Disney merger, being an employee and all.

Sorry to leave you all with such truly terrible news, but hopefully we made it all somewhat palatable. CAPITAL IS INCREASING ITS STRANGLEHOLD OVER EVERY ASPECT OF OUR EXISTENCE, but it never touched Bookmarked and thats all because of our amazing listeners and supporters. We love you all, it's been a fun ride.

Peace,

T & K
