2016 was an incredible year for progressive rock. We saw great new bands emerge as well as new recordings from artists that were playing prog music 40 years ago. I'll sprinkle a few of the new recordings into today's mix, along with some golden age (1970s) and modern prog (post 1990). I haven't forgotten you metal fans, got a few killer prog metal tracks for you today. There was a lively prog-jazz scene in Netherlands in the early 1970s, Trace will play an extended track from that time. Finally, RIP Greg Lake, one of progs all-time greats will be sorely missed.
