With increasing reports of sexual assault on university campuses across the country, UC president Janet Napolitano decided to take action by creating recommendations for all UCs to follow. This action was taken in order to relook sexual assault policies across campuses. KDVS News reporter, Will Phung, reports on the campaign.
Our KDVS news reporter, Richard Robey, covered a very special art exhibit. On Sunday, an art exhibit will take place in San Francisco known as the Postal-Collage Project. One of our very own professors from UC Davis had the opportunity to participate in the project. Interviews with the professor and others are included.
This Monday news segment covered a Yolo art exhibit as well as a feature on TEDx talks. On April 26th, UC Davis hosted the 5th annual TEDx UC Davis event at the Mondavi Center. TEDx UC Davis is an independent, non-profit, student-run organization focused on spreading ideas within the local community.
