This is Mental Health Awareness Week.  Today's Smiles Show will look at mental health and discuss ways to take care of yourself and your loved ones, and where to go if you need help.

This is also Homecoming Weekend at UC Davis!  We'll discuss some of the many activities lined up for current Aggies and Aggie alum, too!

And, we'll also discuss whether it's "better" to focus on multiple passions/interests or specialize in one interest.  And, how can generalists and specialists best get along in today's world?
