Upper Realm Shrieks: Music + Words

I've been in a phase where I've not looked at or received emails or even read the news that much or even hang out at my friend's house where the sports events are on TV. I'm just sorting it all out at my tiny converted garage going into a triangle of sunlight when I see it out my doorway & meditating/contemplating about life without the usual-electric-connect most people are into these days. In tune with all this I will read from Insel by J. Michael Yates, 1983 in combination with Gary Burton & Steve Swallow's Hotel Hello, recorded May 13 & 14 1974. Yate's book is a description of his meditations in solitude on the Queen Charlotte Islands.
