To see the 2011 UC Davis Dance Team live and in action fans are encouraged to come to
the Annual Dance Team Showcase. The team will perform their national competition routines
and a number of new dances choreographed especially for this show. This is an event for all ages
and anyone who enjoys dance. The show will additionally feature other dance groups from UC
Davis, demonstrating a diversity of dance styles that is sure have audience members engaged the
whole way through.
Two nights of performances will be held on Friday, April 29th and Saturday, April 30th,
at Davis High School. Doors will open at 6:30pm for a silent auction, and the show will begin at
7pm. Tickets will be sold on the Quad by the Dance Team two weeks prior to the event. General
admission presale tickets are $5, and at the door tickets for students/adults are $7 and children
are $5. The Dance Team hopes to showcase what they have worked on this year, and raise
