I will have my 1st live guest on my show, since I have started being a DJ, Joe Evans who will sing & play the guitar.  He's a member of the local World Music Ensemble, also plays the piano & teaches music.  Otherwise, on my show, in celebration of the Christmas season I will have quite a few musicians who have been popular to 1 degree or another,especially James Brown & the Rolling Stones.  I relate this to the fact that Christmas in the United States is a buying stuff contest & thus in a way, a popularity contest.
