During the first half hour, I will engage in a free ranging discussion with author, playwright and former labor rep David Macaray about the future of unions in the current neoliberal economic climate.

Afterwards, I will speak with William Burg of the Sacramento Old City Association about the historic evolution of downtown Sacramento and its resistance to gentrification.
