This show is partially dedicated to Justin Desmangles cuz I've spent many a Sunday afternoon in front of my house listening to his radio show, digging the cadence of it & getting a lot of information on the history of jazz which helps me get my own radio show together. He's not on this quarter so I thought I'd start my own show with a piece by the Darius Jones Trio recorded in 2011 & he stated that these guys were on the forefront of the newer jazz. Many other forms & shapes in music will appear. Love all you listeners who listen to this Shrieky show this evening or at any other time for that matter.
