The Jazz & Beat Festival is today & coincides with the freshly painted pedestrian underpass adjacent to the Richards Blvd underpass which I have to walk through if I want to go from Olive Dr. to dwtn Davis. The Free Painters always get their stuff whitewashed. What's that all about?  This relates to the fence which has been put next to the east west UP railroad tracks from Richards Blvd all the way to Mace Blvd which has ghettoized us Olive Dr residents; makes life real diffucult for those of us who just walk.
