This week we have Steve Vote, Jack Dale, and Kartar Singh with their picks. While the game has already been played, for the record all three guys picked the Colts to beat the Titans.
Browns @ Bills
Jack Dale -Browns- Cleveland has been somewhat of a surprise thanks in large part to Peyton Hillis, I expect them to take the Bills down who just got drubbed by a poor looking Vikings squad.
Steve Vote- Browns. Honestly, this should be the game of the week. These are two of my favorite teams this season because, don’t get me wrong they are terrible, but they have continued to compete despite bad seasons. This is like the Bad Team Super Bowl.
Kartar Singh- Bills. Ryan Fitzpatrick is my boy, if ya haven't heard yet.
Falcons @ Panthers
Jack Dale -Falcons- The Falcons are the best team in the NFC and the Panthers are not. That is all.
Steve Vote- Falcons. Carolina was completely demoralized in Seattle last week and Atlanta is one of the hottest teams in the league. Hmmm…
Kartar Singh- Falcons WOW. Do I really need to explain myself?
Bengals @ Steelers
Jack Dale -Steelers- The Steelers just beat my pick to go to the Superbowl out of the AFC, and should have no trouble taking down the ticking time bomb that are the Cincinnatti Bengals.
Steve Vote- Steelers. I’m being realistic with this one, although every Cincinnati win helps Denver get closer to Andrew Luck.
Kartar Singh- Steelers. It is now safe to say that the Bengals are this year's Bust team. Steelers win an easy division game at home with those Terrible towels cheering em' on.
Giants @ Vikings
Jack Dale -Vikings- I'm goin out on a limb here, but New York has been maddeningly inconsistent, and if the Vikings start Tavaris Jackson, they should be able to pull off the upset at home.
Steve Vote- Vikings. G-Men need this win to keep up with Philly in the division. I see this as a hiccup in the Leslie Frazier dream story.
Kartar Singh- Giants. Looks like the Vikes finally got their swag back. The Giants are still a better team though, especially if tarvaris jackson starts.
Packers @ Lions
Jack Dale -Packers- The Lions have competed in nearly all of their games this year, but the Pack will be too much for Drew Stanton and his version of 'The Dougie'.
Steve Vote- Green Bay. Another 10-loss season for the Lions. At a certain point, Detroit’s entire team will be Top-5 First Round picks. Why are they not winning?
Kartar Singh- Lions. Upset alert. The Lions are really good at home and their record doesn't indicate how well they've played this year.
Raiders @ Jaguars-
Jack Dale - Jaguars. David Garrard for the win
Steve Vote- Jacksonville. Lately it seems like Oakland only shows up for division games and the Jags can smell the playoffs.
Kartar Singh- Jaguars. The Jags seem to be the luckiest team in the NFL this season. Let's see if that can continue.
Bucs @ Redskins
Jack Dale -Bucs- This year couldn't have gone any worse for the Skins. Their highest paid player, as well as their starting QB have head coach issues. When will Dan Snyder ever learn?
Steve Vote- Buccaneers. I had an interesting thought the other day: since the Broncos are going to be paying Mike Shannahan’s contract next year anyway, why don’t they just bring him back as head coach next year? I’m sure Washington wouldn’t mind.
Kartar Singh- Bucs. There is officially no hope left for the Skins' this season.
Rams @ Saints
Jack Dale -Saints- They're playing well, and I'm hopin the Niners can gain a whole game this week on both the Rams and the Seahawks.
Steve Vote- Saints. The Saints usually play well at home, though St. Louis has far exceeded expectations this year.
Kartar Singh- Saints. The rams are improved, but not that much improved. Saints take an easy one at home
Seahawks @ Niners
Jack Dale -Niners- Please, San Francisco, PLEASE.
Steve Vote- Seahawks. My apologies to everyone in Northern California, but I see the NFC West as a two-horse race from here on. The 49ers are not one of the two horses.
Kartar Singh- Niners. Behind Brian Westbrook and Troy Smith, S.F. doesn't look so formidable but this team has fight.
Patriots @ Bears
Jack Dale -Pats- This one's for Kartar. Tom Brady has 27 TDs to 4 INTs. He threw 4 TDs last week against the Jets and 3 the previous week against the Steelers, two of the best defenses in the league. His passer rating is 109.5 and will get better. If it wasn't for Mike Vick, Brady would be the clear MVP favorite. How's Romo doing? Oh that's right, couldn't win with a team that's won 3 of 4 with Jon Kitna at the helm. Ha.
Steve Vote- Pats. The NFL’s best team continues their winning ways in Chicago. Hopefully Kartar picks Chicago by 2+ touchdowns.
Kartar Singh- Bears. Bears are a lot better than people think. Especially you Jack Dale. I'll take the upset at home.
Dolphins @ Jets
Jack Dale -Jets- This team is better than they looked last week when they caught a pissed off Patriots team.
Steve Vote- Miami. I think the Jets are absolutely shell-shocked from last weeks beating in New England. Miami seems primed for an upset.
Kartar Singh- Jets. Coming off an embarrassing loss they will be fired up. Look for this one to be a redemption game.
Broncos @ Cardinals
Jack Dale -Broncos- Even though Josh McDaniels is out the door, the Cardinals are one of the worst teams in the league, and they may even play better with a change of direction.
Steve Vote- Arizona. The thing the Cardinals have been missing for most of the season is confidence. They know Denver is a team they can beat. Also, as happy as I am to see McDaniels go, I think that’s only half the issue. The other half is personnel. Yes, I’m talking to you Kyle Orton.
Kartar Singh- Broncos. Two teams in total disarray. But I think I trust Kyle Orton more than Derek Anderson.
Chiefs @ Chargers
Jack Dale -Chargers- The Chiefs are sittin pretty right now, and the Charges NEED this win. They will get it.
Steve Vote- Chargers. The Chiefs have been bad for so long, I’m not sure they’ll know what to do with a division lead. The Chargers, meanwhile, are experts at scrambling at the end of the season.
Kartar Singh- Chargers. Chargers are the team of December. Watch them as they beat a Matt Cassel-less Chiefs.
Eagles @ Cowboys
Jack Dale -Eagles- Vick is too much for the incredible, incredible play of Jon Kitna. If I had a choice between Kitna and Tom Brady, it'd be a tough decision. Just kidding, I'm making fun of Kartar again.
Steve Vote- Eagles. The Cowboys have had success in recent weeks, but the Eagles are in the middle of a playoff chase. Not happening this week.
Kartar Singh- Eagles. As good as the Cowboys have looked as of late, Michael Vick has just been too good this season.
Ravens @ Texans
Jack Dale -Ravens- When will Houston finally break through? They had such early hopes only to have them crushed with inconsistent play.
Steve Vote- Ravens. Please get fired Gary Kubiak. Please.
Kartar Singh- Ravens. The Texans have no defense to speak of. That will hurt especially with the type of defense the Ravens have.
