To be proud of being an American is like being proud of being the child of wealthy parents. I am grateful to be in an American. I’m grateful for having had access to a good education. I’m proud of the work I’ve done for previous communities and for KDVS and its listeners. I’m proud of people I know and love who have overcome obstacles in their lives. I’m grateful that I have a ready smile which people find friendly. I’m grateful to be married to a brilliant and loving man. I’m proud some of some of the decisions we take together.
